MICAH PEARSON

Utah native Micah Pearson was born and raised in the Cottonwood Heights area. He spent his summer weekends fishing in every lake and river across the state and worked as a ski instructor at Brighton during the winters. Micah deeply appreciates the natural beauty Utah offers and loves to call it "home." Micah has always been passionate about business. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create his first business, a landscaping company, followed by several other small businesses. He also founded a luxury home remodeling company, which he later sold before beginning his real estate career. With a passion for deal-making and a love for people, real estate was the perfect fit for him. Micah earned his real estate license in 2004 and founded the Micah Pearson Real Estate Team™ in 2007, now known as Pearson & Associates™. The Pearson & Associates Real Estate Team has been awarded Realtypath's "Top Team" every year since joining the brokerage in 2019, ranking them in the top 1% of all real estate teams in Utah. The team is also Homelight's™ #1 Team in Utah. His passion for real estate extends to coaching agents across the country, and teaching unique real estate classes on various topics throughout Utah. When Micah isn’t working, he enjoys spending quality time with his "other half," two sons, and their three four-legged "children," sneaking in a brief (12-mile) walk, or unwinding at Bear Lake, his favorite summertime retreat.
