MICAH PEARSON

Utah native, Micah Pearson, was born and raised in the Cottonwood Heights area. He spent his summer weekends fishing every lake and river in the state, and was a ski instructor at Brighton in the winter. He appreciates the natural beauty this state offers, and loves to call Utah "home." Micah has always been very passionate about business. His entrepreneurial spirit lead him to create his first business, a landscaping company, followed by a number of other small businesses. Micah also founded a luxury home remodeling company, before he sold the company and began his real estate career. A passion for deal-making, and a love for people, made real estate the perfect fit for him. He received his real estate license in 2004, and founded the Micah Pearson Real Estate Team™ in 2007, currently known as Pearson & Associates™. The Pearson & Associates Real Estate Team has been awarded Realtypath's "Top Team 2019 - 2021"; with almost 300 homes sold, and over $122,000,000 in closed real estate sales over the past two years, ranking them in the top 1% of all real estate agents/teams in Utah. His passion for real estate has expanded to agent coaching, and teaching unique real estate classes on many different subjects throughout Utah.
